I don't know what time you are talking about, but when they first closed the border around 1950, the question was not about young graduates, it was simply about people running away from Russian occupation. The flow continued, moving more towards financial and general liberty issues, and if the young had a bigger share, it was probably mostly because trying to get out was not easy and often physically demanding. I didn't understand where you were trying to get at with your comment in this context. In the meantime, the bigger the businesses, the more rampant they are.
