Reviewers seem to like the book. What, in particular, have you disliked

..since the long URL wraps, and it takes significantly more effort for the 
readers to do three highlight/copy/pastes (and this effort is multiplied by 
the number of readers) than for you to do it twice (copy/paste original URL 
into tinyurl.com, copy/paste tinyurl into your message).
