Why would anybody want a ribbon cable connection to a BT module? :)

We want to be able to plug in and remove the modules at will. Add wireless 
functionality to RS232-only units, take BT modules out for 
repair/reprogramming, etc. Also, if we put it on a carrier board, doing so 
frees up a considerable amount of board space on the host PCB (important for 
our application).
