I was thinking more along the lines of a bag into which all people who board a plane put their laptop and camera batteries, and spares in case something bad happens with another one in use. Also it would not hurt if such a bag would be a part of the normal package of laptop batteries imho. The points about tape are taken, but I did not assume there would be any adhesive.
