I bought a power supply a while back from futurlec... Quick shipping,
cheap price, well packaged, nothing I could complain about.

Of course, sounds like you get what you pay for with those leds, IE they
are surplus from all sorts of mfgs, but so long as the ground pins are
all the same, I'm sure a bit of software calibration could fix
anything...
