Doubtless old hat for most of you boffins, but saw a Book Channel
piece with Sherry Boschert, who discussed at some length a scheme
new to me, using the battery capacity of plug-in hybrids as a peak-power reserve for the grid, and how it might be effected, as well as the more
obvious advantages of plug-in hybrids.
