Maybe.
Bleep and beep are hard to distinguish meaningfully.

Relevant definitions are 1 & 4 and tend to suggest that  a bleep is a 
continuous tone rather than a series of tones.

Truth be known, few people are liable to worry if beep, bleep, or 
several of my suggestions were used.
