I had a photographer friend who shot takeoff pictures at a civilian airport and he reported what it was like being too close (even sideways). He said at least one too close takeoff nearly broke his back and threw him backwards head over feet tumbling 2-3 times. This was not from engines, it was all from the wing's downwash. In the clip you can see the speaker disappear in 1 frame. That's rather fast for ducking (even in free fall). I assume that the air pressure 'helped' him duck. Wing loading is over 130 kg/m^2.
