First, I don't have a copy of that ciruit, but I assume its a proper one, not the one posted in the link... Basically you need to increase the capacitance of the main cap (the one that is in series with the supply). Use ohms law but work with the impedance of the capacitor at line frequency for w=2*PI*f Don't forget to take the zener into account.
