It looks to me like this is a surplus OEM custom LCD module. The first clue
would be the non-standard module configuration/size shown in the picture on
the web site. Another clue is the non-standard pinout and pin
names/functions.

The actual mechanical drawing for the part is referenced as UE-21432 and
the schematic for the module as UE-36518. If you can get those documents
they would tell you all you need to know.
