Hi Jake:

Check out the thermal epoxy that's used to mount the high power LEDs.
There are two kinds, conductive which is NOT what you need.  But the insulating 
type with high thermal conductivity sounds like what you want.

Much better to use a material that will help move the heat out of the motor 
than to just use a material that can stand the heat.
