hmmm, I had a customer's hard drive failed some weeks ago, and I sent it 
to a guy who used OnTrack <something>, recovering some 80% of drive.

It should work on SD too. You can also search google: many utilities 
come up, even if many want money for the whole package (just a little, 
actually).
