Mega128, gcc and Procyon AVRlib do the job for me. I haven't used a PIC in
years. Most of my questions / discussions take place in the avr-chat groups
http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/avr-chat and
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/AVR-Chat/. I've been away from the
PIClist for a while, but I have to say that some of the EE, OT and AVR are
pretty interesting.

And if you have a second, include the type of AVR you use, your favorite
related web site (especially if you have one) and, for the very nice, copy
and paste your best example of AVR code.

If I get enough response, I may be able to build a good code library, which
seems to be missing from other AVR related sites.

Finally, I would really like to suggest that anyone who uses the PICList,
and is in the process of posting a question to one of the many AVR support
forums, please also take the few extra seconds to post the question here as
well with "[AVR] " at the start of the subject? I think we will be surprised
and how useful the PICList can be for AVR questions.
