I'm not usually a visitor to "social networking" sites such as Microsoft Spaces, but I wanted to look at a friends blog. On attempting to access http://spaces.msn.com I get an HTTP 500 error - "internal server error". The explanations says "This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying." While it SAYS the fault is there Murphy says it may be here. However, - I can access the site and the specific users site from 2 other PCs on this LAN. - There is no firewall operating on this PC (there is one on the router but that is shared by the 2 other PCs as well). - I have reset all browser security settings to default. As I can access the site via the PCs the issue is more a puzzle than a major problem. General gargoyling and looking through the spaces help doesn't help (even though I'm sure the answer is there somewhere). Any clues?
