Checkout Raytheon's online site. They are frantically trying to hire 
engineers and techs ASAP,
and I have been told that their pay is above average. They are in 
TUCSON, AZ, one of the
fastest growing areas of the country, an easy drive to Utah. If I were a 
younger man, I'd sign
up in a heartbeat.

Raytheon builds the protective missle shield that is being used by the 
USA and many other
countries, esp Japan and S. Korea. Their technology is absolutely state 
of the art.

You DON'T want to live in CA. Everybody I know personally has had to 
leave there due
to quality-of-life issues (can't afford to purchase a home and pay the 
taxes there) .
