Hard time getting debugger to execute code from reset instead of just stepping through it. 
reinitialize every thing I can thing of and it finally executes code up to 
about 0x11A then it reverts back to just stepping through program like it was just nops. 
(mplab 7.6)

Using pic's since 1990 mostly small chips 
have two icd-2 swapped, no effect. 
1st time using header/pic16f627a 
but used icd-2 with pic16f913 and others with no problem. 
Did tie RA1 to ground in target board. 

HELP!
