James, Tried to send you the above email but it was rejected as spam! Anyway, we use the Mega128 in a few different products, and hardly use PICs anymore apart from one product with high end 18F series (that will likely be ported to a new platform in the near future). In comparison to the PICs we have used, the AVR is faster, less buggy and the WinAVR GCC port is mature enough to produce some reasonable code.
