We supply a list of print positions we are interested in. This is x,y or rather x1, y1, to x2, y2 so it is really a box. We need to know when something is printed in that box. When it is, we want to either move or copy it to one or more new locations. Extra points for being able to change the font or size or whatever. And we need to be able to insert code at the start and end of each page. To do things like change the page size, tray select, draw extra lines, boxes, pictures, or erase stuff we don't want. I've called and had a very pleasant talk with none other than Don Lancaster who tells me his "Gonzo" utilities can do this, but I've yet to understand how. The good news is I've started a page on Postscript: http://www.piclist.com/techref/language/ps Nothing like learning yet another language from scratch... ...please?
