Another is how much do some companies depend on wide spread general comments for marketing communication. Traditionally part of Microchips approach compared to quiet communication to a few high volume customers (Some of the better Taiwan companies) Someone earlier pointed out the format of the question significantly changed the results. I did another google exercise by asking the same question and just looking for hits. Here the objective is to see long term the body of literature that has accumulated 6502 applications 8051 applications avr applications pic applications The above list is ordered by number of hits. Changing applications to some other phrase is likely to yield other mixes.
