This company makes a kitset one, looks like it uses a H8/3069 (24MHz)
CPU with seperate RTL8019AS Ethernet chip, 24LC256 EEPROM and RAM chip
and a VS1011E MP3 decoder chip. I guess you could make one using a
Microchip CPU though. Sorry the page seems to be in Japanese only, but
you can see the photos and sort of see the specs.
