I'm looking for an all-in-one assembly shop to build very small runs (25-100 pieces) of an audio/telecom product. I'm currently spending waaaay too much time managing parts inventory and shuttling subassemblies from place to place. The device is housed in a silk-screened aluminum chassis and consists of several mid-to-low density boards connected by off-the-shelf and custom IDC cables. Ideally the CEM would take my money and deliver a turnkey, tested product - ideally directly to my customer. I'd prefer the shop to be in western Canada or Washington state, but I'm open to anything. I'd welcome any suggestions, advice or horror stories from anyone who has undertaken this step. Many thanks in advance, RR -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
