Hi Alan, Last time I had a problem like this was that I forgot to select device family so that PicKit2 was looking for mid-range device while I had a base line hanging on it. Other possibility is that you have the first generation of PicKit2 (black button) and you do not have the PGC&PGD pulled down to the ground. Tamas On 6/1/07, alan smith wrote: > > its late.
