Hi Gaston,
my Jameco catalog tells me it is:
p/n 114931 for 4-pin F housing
p/n 114921 for F crimp pin 
p/n 115000 for 4-pin M rt. angle PCB mounting

I assume it is for a 3.5" drive, but they also have connectors for 5.25" drives!
