Hmmm never used (nor heard of) Teamspeak... but I am interested.... Another option (which, for my parents (and me) was easier), is Google Talk. If you have sold your soul to Google already (got a gmail account), setting up the Google talk is easy, effective, and of high quality. I use it to talk 10,000km almost all the way around the globe from Canada to South Africa (and SA's international internet connection is one of the slowest of "developed" nations, yet the quality is better than a cell-phone connection).
