Oh, those baud tables are rubbish, they always have been. Based on
entirely the wrong crystals for good rates

Say you use a 4x 7.372800MHz crystal => 29.491200MHz Fosc

According to the BRG calculator

((29492100/115200)/64)-1 = 4.0000000 => 0% error

7.3728 is a very common crystal

Substitute any whole number for X to find Fosc

(64 * (X-1)) / baud = Fosc
