Olin just pointed out that you based yourself on the wrong document,
which is what I consider the "preferred answer" from an educational
point of view. Jan-Erik gave the full details, which is the best
short-term answer but has little educational value. The nice thing about
the piclist is that you get both (and the bad thing is that you get a
lot more than those two...)
