Olin, if "the specs" claim that pin 10 must be tied to ground, can you 
please cite references to put this debate to rest?

While you claim to be arguing from a position of knowlege rather than 
supposition, you haven't provided any data to back up your claim. Please 
provide us the data you're using to arrive at your conclusion.
