Einstein! Unity! We don't know everthing!  You might as well say Pyramids!
Crystals! Strange energies! Hidden powers!  It means about the same.  Let me
put back the bit you trimmed from my earlier message:

Sure, new stuff will be discovered.  But cracking water gives you more
energy back than you used to crack it in the first place?  No.
