You'd think they might have made it 2 & 3 or 2 & 2 As they said, being a P Channel device the Drains will be used for thermal dissipation. In an N channel device you'd expect to get multiple Source connections. *BUT* I have a current application for that spec of device if the price and availability is right. (There are many things that would work but if it's easily available etc ...). It does rather like its gate drive though compared to some :-) - certainly not a "logic FET" my most measures (although it could be used at 5V drive). Where are you buying them? What sort of price / quantity? Do you have many in stock and/or any spare to resell. A few for playing would do for now if there are others easily available.
