for the map info.




A world map which seems to be Google Earth based. May have some 
advantages.

HOWEVER

it seems like it may also be reading my brain in some manner (and me 
without my tinfoil cap on) ...

There is a list of "recent posts" and amongst them was a "History of 
Urumqi" post by "user18789".

This user profile says - "Detail info is not available". In fact NO 
information whatsoever is available.

Now, it happens, that I AM interested in Urumqi (farthest city from 
the sea on earth amongst other things) as I have  a friend who lives 
there, but I would be somewhat surprised if a random recent post 
happened to relate to such an otherwise obscure place.

This "user" also seems to have posted all the posts with any 
significant material in. Other posts are by guests and or contain 
essentially rubbish or ads.

Map may still be useful but I wonder about the site.
