I'm looking for a single chip voltage regulator capable of supplying -60V from a -75V supply. The minimum output current can be anything above 150mA. I suppose I'm looking for something like the TL782 voltage regulator which regulates up to about +125 V with the output being set by two resistors. I would prefer not to build from discretes, but might have to go that way. Any ideas?
