That's a good term for it.

Still true, they build power plants just for the smelters.  The fact your
telly works is incidental.  Don't worry, we'll be set once Russell fires up
the He3 moon miners to power 'Mr Fusion' v1.  (It's v2 that runs on
household garbage.)
