As I noted, I'm actually interested in air-air counterflow for another purpose and the wort cooler was disclosed by Gargoyle. Good to hear that it works so well for your purposes. I'm about to try using thin aluminium sheet (or thick foil aka oven protector) as a first attempt. Itv has a reasonable prospect of meeting my need.
