Anyone had experience interfacing a PIC with a low cost CMOS camera such
as found in cell phones?

I would like to explore the possibility of having a PIC wake up on an
external pin change, activate a camera, then get one frame out of the
camera (no more than 100 KBytes) and then slowly transmit it via a low
bandwidth UHF channel, doesn't matter how long it takes to send.
