On a PCB with 6-10 massive > ground layers where you have ceramic packages (IE like RF amplifiers > or 1206/1210 etc with no thermals on ground) the PCB temperature will > be below 250C for a long time... You need 350C like the fish water. Vasile, I understand. The tool works at 360C reliably, but for that tiny chip that we're reworking even 300C works okay. 460C was pushing it.
