Ah - I see you did post it with a changed subject line as well.
One minor but important suggestion - you need a "tag" in the subject 
line so that the correct people get to read it.
Without this tag many people will not receive it.

I've added [PIC] which is the most appropriate one.

Other key ones are

[EE] Everything engineering.
[OT] Off topic = random stuff.
