Air flow is not very well regulate so for 0201/0402 you need a recise hand. The soldering iron has a nasty iron tip easy oxidable. For the guys in the USA, this one I know it quite well: http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/8437 If you've got the programming trick then it works nice. It has a better flow regulation than KADA and a poor UI characteristic supply (do not expect 2A full load).
