About $US30 retail * buys a small 'black box' OTG controller that allows you to plug in 2 x USB slaves and exchange data - sometimes, no doubt. I've bought one recently but haven't yet tried it. It SHOULD allows eg CF card to USB HDD and similar. Apparently people are using them here with great success to transfer data to/from IPODs.
