Well, my default new tab is set to a blank page so I see a blank page. But more to the point, I have FF setup to automatically open a link in a new tab, an address typed in the address bar opens a new tab, search bar opens a new tab, etc. I don't manually open new tabs often because there's really no need to. I can't ever remember wanting to open a new tab that had the same content as one that's already open. I suppose there's a reason for it though, after all you did ask about it... ;-) Matt Pobursky Maximum Perfomance Systems -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
