What do I need, specifically, to mate with this header (Digikey part - 
WM18841-ND). I am looking for either the corresponding female (IDC?) or 
any other solution that will give me a "professional" connection. A 
pre-wired connector would be ideal.

Any enlightenment will be appreciated.
