And it has to do with the date format of each country

In southamerica we use

DD/MM/YY HH:MM:SS

or HH:MM:SS DD/MM/YY

Then, the date would be

02:03:04 05/06/07

Which will be translated as 2 hours, 3 minutes, 4 seconds on June 5th of =

2007.
