Yes, BAT54S is good for this, and this is what I recommended in the original
thread on this issue. But it is not what Vasile meant. He probably had something
else in mind. BTW BAT54 will exceed 0.3V Vf with I<<20mA. Iow, it is not so good
wrt. the 'new' spec.
