Please say types if this > is incorrect. My favourite little schotkky is the BAT54, from several manufacturers. SOT-23 package, available in 4 different configurations.. BAT54 - Single schottky BAT54A - Common anode dual schottky BAT54C - Common cathode dual schottky BAT54S - Series connected dual schottky The configuration of the BAT54S lends itself for clamping circuits. I paid NZD0.024 (~USD0.017, ie.1.7 cents) each for a reel of 3000 or so. To reduce inventory I install a dual diode, BAT54S or BAT54C, wherever a BAT54 is spec'd. -- Brent Brown, Electronic Design Solutions 16 English Street, St Andrews, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand Ph: +64 7 849 0069 Fax: +64 7 849 0071 Cell: 027 433 4069 eMail: brent.brown@clear.net.nz -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
