Does anyone have a good source (here or in Europe) for plastic shoulder washers? I'm getting limited results using google. I do find plastic shoulder washers, but the shoulder is typically 1mm thick. I'd like a thinner shoulder thickness, maybe 0.5mm or so.

specifically this is for mounting TO220 packages to a heatskink using an M3 screw. Any sources I can investigate would be appreciated.
