This list is the greatest. There are some very knowledgeable people on this list for every kind of advice. I have done some work in semiconductor development and in III-V semiconductors. It is interesting and expensive. There are some universities that can do this work because they are funded. I understand that the University in Leeds is also doing some work in that area also. In the US, Cornell and Columbia have research groups in this area and several universities out west.
