Wow, 375 GHz will be good. I am working on a project that requires emission at 100 GHz to 1 THz. But I will have to work with a university to obtain a GaN diode because my lab does not have the vacuum deposition equipment and clean room. I do have a source for waveguides, with excellent electroplating. I do not have the resources to own all of these equipments myself. The THz technology is now advancing. Although it has been around a long time, it has been relatively ignored except by universities until recently. The development in III-V semiconductor I think opened up many opportunities. I can remember when we did not have such equipment to measure SHF as we do now. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vasile Surducan" To: "Microcontroller discussion list - Public."
