Hi List,

The quality of service that NFI (http://nameplatesforindustry.com/) has been 
providing, has steadily deteriorated over the 1.5 years that we've been 
dealing with them. It takes them longer and longer to reply to my e-mails, 
reps are difficult to get a hold of by phone and are not very helpful, and 
every tiny change gets us put in the back of the queue. Meanwhile, the 
prices keep going up.

So, I would like to vote with my wallet. Can anyone recommend another source 
for custom overlays? Our current ones are printed on 10 mil velvet 
polycarbonate, CMYK on white background, with clear LED windows.
