If you are going to build your carputer for specific needs, epia may
not be sufficient.But what you are after is to run xp and related
stuff, via epia is probably one of the best you can find.But be aware
that these units are more expensive than the others, even driving the
lcd is done by a seperate converting circuit (which is about 70~$
here).From where I post (Istanbul/Turkey) a complete via system costs
about 700$ (including gps,dvdrw,rds radio,wireless (802.11n),bluetooth
and etc).Do not go after looking for the best screen and display.An
in-dash module for vision will do it for you.Just get a quality sound
card - although, even this is not required - onboard snd is not that
bad.

I am sure you can find better prices in USA.Also I can share the
pictures of my old cars carputer upon request.
