Hi Rikard: You might want to check out the Semiconductor Analyzer at: http://www.m3electronix.com/sa.html It's a very capable device and reasonable priced kit. But you do need a 40 watt or so iron to solder to the think copper traces and a good flux cleaner to get rid of the flux residue.
