Please consider my suggestions biased, since I work for the company... :) A quick look reveals the lowest ATI card on the site that supports dual link DVI is the Radeon X1650 PRO. It's a little pricey, so if price is paramount you might have better luck checking the upper end of the "prior" generation. The X800 for the MAC has dual link, so it's likely the PC version would as well. My recommendation would be to go to the website of some computer stores in your area and just check out the cards. Cards the support what you want will state "dual link DVI", or something close to that. Unfortunately, since dual link isn't a feature "the masses" are looking for yet, you may have to spend more money then you've expected.
